Our TALENT RECRUITMENT process focuses in identifying and selecting candidates and leaders that “walk the talk” and possess a strong personal brand reputation (PBR) through sincere recognition from those they lead or teamed up with, throughout their careers. We do not just send a list of “interested” candidates but a select number of talented and committed professionals, pre-selected and pre-qualified through our proprietary interview process. Our proprietary TR selection and interview process is based on the assessment of four Talent Indicators of Success (TIS), each of them supported by various Foundational Attributes (FA). These Talent Indicators of Success, when aligned and balanced, reflect the DNA of strong leaders and professionals that build winning careers and drive businesses to top performances.
